This housekeeping release contains improved Speedy Loading and fixes for the biggest bugs and annoyances.
Improved Speedy Loading
- Activates only when opening large sessions; preset to >10 tabs, which can be configured to suit your device’s capabilities and your workflow preferences
- Reloads a tab automatically when set in focus to skip unnecessary clicks
- Reloads all tabs sequentially in the background so you don’t have to do it manually
- Ignores Ctrl+Tab traversing of tabs
Support for webapps (PWA)
If you use Chrome’s “Install page as app” functionality to run websites as standalone desktop applications, Tablerone no longer shows them as active sessions.
Bug-fixes & Improvements
- Fixed the Daily Clean-up feature, which stopped working for a while
- Fixed session duplication bug where quitting the browser without saving and closing a session would create a duplicate when restoring tabs on browser start
- Fixed Save Menu copy/move search bug where moving the focus from input field to search results cleared the search query
- Fixed Settings sticky footer that caused users to miss the settings below the fold
- Deprecated the Omnibar “tab” search command
- Minor under-the-hood improvements and tooling updates
